Frequently asked Questions

Once we receive your order, it may take 2 working days to send it out. Shipping may take up to 5 weeks.

Please check the following estimated shipping timetable (excluding probable time at customs):

  • Mexico: 15-20 working days
  • United States: 20-30 working days
  • Europe: 25-40 working days
  • Australia: 30-45 working days.

If a shipment is lost or there is no update after 5 weeks, we can ship the order again at no cost to the customer.

BluManiac is not responsible for any possible delays in customs or any taxes that may be incurred, which must be paid by the customer.

But if a shipment is taking a significant period of time (about a month) to be held at customs, we can help our customers out with a new shipment covered by usM

  • Customers must read the product description before ordering. If they have general questions, please contact us through the form next to this section. Additionally, each product page has a button to ask specific questions about the item.
  • We do not accept cancellations for reasons of remorse under any circumstances.
  • We accept returns for damaged or non-working items. Proof of the issue is required (pictures or videos). Return shipping postage will be covered by BluManiac.
  • The customer must double check their address prior a order is made.

A registered airmail tracking number is provided with every order and can be tracked through Correos de México website while the shipping is within Mexico territory..

Once the shipping arrives in the destination country, it can be tracked through each country’s postal service website.

You can get help accesing trough Customer Help button at the top right.

Once the orders are shipped to a wrong address, the customer has to wait until it arrives to the destination country. Sometimes the mail companies hold the shippings at local offices and the customer can arrange a pick up delivery.

If the shipping is returned, the customer has to wait us to receive it and it could be reshipped to the right address. The new shipping postage must be covered by the customer.

When separate orders are made from the same buyer to the same address within a certain lapse (usually 1-2 working days), we will ship them together.
